Aura Picks ships worldwide. Here's what to expect.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after processing, depending on your destination. Remote regions may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays can occasionally extend transit.

Shipping costs

Many destinations qualify for free shipping. Where a fee applies, orders of $29 USD or more ship free, and smaller orders carry a low flat-rate fee. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at tamerdahdul@gmail.com and we'll help.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
